Digital Smile Design (DSD)
Digital Smile Design (DSD) is a state of the art treatment planning solution it is Considered the most modern, patient-centered design approach available in the world This specialized aesthetic dental procedure allows the ONEDAY™ Clinic team to meticulously analyze the unique dental structures and proportions of your face – using our state-of-the-art videography and 3d digital technology.
By using your face as a guide – we are then able to identify the ideal relationship between your teeth, gums, lips, smile with the facial features – from when they’re in motion, as well how they change with emotion – enables us to create your ideal smile in 3D format.
From your 3D digital dental profile, we are then able to create your ideal, facially guided smile design mock-up. Overlaying your new smile onto your existing teeth enables you to experience your individual result prior to treatment commencing. Digital Oral Design DOD
Digital Oral Design DOD is a State of the Art treatment planning Software that utilizes the concept of virtual patients. Through DOD we can combine your X-rays with your teeth scans and 3D face scan, with all this Data together we can to create a virtual copy of you, this virtual copy helps us simulate the treatment in front of you so you can visualize the results of your treatment and then you can sign off on the treatment before we start. this virtual model of you helps our OneDaytm Clinic Doctors study your case and prepare for your treatment while you are not present which cuts down your time in the office significantly!
3D (CBCT) X-ray
CBCT X-ray imaging is an extremely accurate and fast method for us to see and evaluate the health of your teeth and bones.
These new CBCT X-ray images provide three-dimensional rather than the two-dimensional information that is usually provided by a conventional panoramic X-ray image. This helps our doctors make an accurate diagnosis and evaluation of your dental health.
Digital impressions
In OneDay™ Clinic we use Intra-Oral Scanners (IOS) The dentist scans the patient’s mouth with a small digital wand. This creates a 3D image of the teeth and gums, which is saved as a computer file. Our Patients love digital impressions since it gives them the convenience of not having to endure traditional impressions: unpleasant tasting materials, bulky, cumbersome trays, and possible gagging. Digital impressions are captured with colors so we can do an accurate color analysis for determining the shade and custom characterizations of cosmetic restorations.
CAD/CAM
(computer-assisted design/computer-assisted manufacture) In ONEDAY Clinic we utilize CAD/CAM technology to design and produce your new crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant restorations. This digital intuitive technology allows us to cut down on the manual process and improve the fit and feel of the restorations. It also makes it possible for us to do some same-day tooth restorations. CAD/CAM restorations look beautiful and feel natural!
R2GATE™ System for Guided Surgery
R2GATE system is a 3D guided surgery software that lets you digitally preview your smile before the implant treatment begins, using R2GATE we can then manufacture custom made 3D printed surgical guides that help us precisely place the implants in an ideal Alignment with the rest of your teeth in a minimally invasive and highly accurate procedure, using guided surgery can drastically reduce the post-surgical pain and swelling since the procedure itself becomes much less invasive thanks to guided surgery and 3d surgical guides.
